Mark’s Finest Papers

I stamped the image onto white cs and colored and airbrushed with Copic markers. I then cut/embossed it using Spellbinders Labels Eleven, cutting only the top edge and backed it with the light blue card stock. The card is light blue with a I added the yellow satin ribbon to the green panel which is embossed with Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder. I colored the flowers to match using the same Copic markers I used to color the image and added a glittery brad to the center.
