First of all, Happy St. Patrick's Day!In keeping with the green, my first thoughts for creating this card were to make it green. Well, the green got a little overshadowed with other colors, but it is still there!
The main circle panel is stamped with Rubbernecker Wild Flower background with pink ink, then the sentiment is stamped over with Tim Holtz Forest Moss distress ink and clear embossed. This was cut/embossed with Spellbinders circle die templates. The designer papers are by Kelly Panacci.
I added a few rhinestones for bling, and there you have it.
