Making a mother's day card really made me think of my Mother and miss her. I can't give her this card, but I made it for her anyway. I kept it very simple, stamping the image and sentiment using versamark ink onto the pink card stock and embossing with white. I added the pink ribbon with just a knot and then added the beaded stick pin.

Thanks so much for looking! I hope you enjoy the rest of the stops along the way today.

What a great idea to use the white embossing on pink.

My mom has been gone for 18 years now and I still want to pick up the phone and talk with her...so I know what you mean about Mother's Day cards. I'm going to give mine to my step-daughter and two daughter-in-law 'cause they gave me the gift of grandchildren and are great mothers that I am so proud of!
