Both of these card were created with the new set American Made!

American Made 2 ksh_edited-1

This one features that great image of the Statue of Liberty. Love it. I stamped the image with versmark ink onto red cardstock and embossed with silver before mounting onto white and dark blue card stock. The red and white panels, as well as the blue star are embossed with the Cuttlebug Stars folder. The USA is inked with versmark ink and embossed with white before being cut and popped up. I added the blue star with the white brad in the center.

This card utilizes some dp by Kaiser Scrapbook. The wonderful eagle image is inked with Black Tuxedo Memento ink but the flag colored blue with a blue marker. The image panel is matted onto the starred designer paper. I added more panels of the designer papers and used machine stitching around all of them. The sentiment was added to the bottom right corner with star brads embellishments. The brads were ivory so I colored them with Copic markers to match. The bow is actually regular old cotton twine with one length colored with my blue marker.

Stamps: American Made

I need to send some cards to some military men I know. These will be perfect.

Thanks for stopping by!
