Today's challenge on SCS was "No Place Like Home" and we were to use bits of home on our cards. Well, what better way to furnish a home than with a baby! We seem to have lots of them in our family lately. One of my nieces just gave birth to a very big boy, and he is delicious. This card celebrates that.
I stamped the image with Rich Cocoa ink and colored with copic markers. I also airbrushed that soft blue around the edges. The panel was cut/embossed with Spellbinders Labels One. The main panel is mounted onto a square of Barely Banana with the corners rounded. I added a bottom strip of the dp and gathered crochet trim with a blue satin ribbon.
I used:
Stamps: Stampin' Up! Sketches and Small Script
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, Certainly Celery, asst. Copic markers
Paper: White, Bashful Blue, dp by Kaiserscrapbook
Accessories: Spellbinders Labels One, Corner Rounder, blue satin ribbon, crochet trim
