Here is my card:
The flourish which I will call a ***VINE*** today, is inked with Peeled Paint Distress ink and stamped onto the white card front. I then popped up the flower and added a glittery center. The sentiment is stamped with Victorian Velvet Distress ink. The edge of the card is punched with EK Success Scroll Pattern Punch. I added Liquid Pearls White Opal to the centers of the small punched flowers and also here and there on the scroll punched edge.
Stamps: Phrase Set 626, Flourish #2 611-02

Here is a little bonus for you. I created this card this morning. I stamped the rose using London Fog Memento ink and then watercolored using my new Distress markers and a watercolor brush. I then stamped the flourishes (***VINE***) along the edges with Versasmark ink and embossing with white powder. I then sponged on a bit more of the distress inks to pop the embossing a little bit. The sentiment is stamped using Vintage Photo ink. I added the ribbon as Mary did, but just a bow rather than a flower. The card front is mounted onto a darker pink. It really does match much better irl than it does in my photo. Isn't that disappointing?

Very clever to use the flourish as a vine for your pretty pink bloom Karen! the punched edge carries the theme nicely - and your rose is beautiful!
I really like the way you used that stamp---AND the new sentiment!
Very fresh and elegant, Karen!
Inspired use of that vine...love the tiny little flowers and the corresponding side cut out. Your second card is beautifully colored.
OMG, Karen...both of your cards are fabulous!!!! I love how you used the flourish as the leaves of the flower on the first card and your rose on the second card is colored beautifully!!! I need to get some of those markers!!!
Both ofyour cards are gorgeous, Karen. I especially love the rose card. Your coloring with the distress markers and brush is stunning. I jut got my markers a couple of weeks ago and I love them.
