Rubbernecker Stamps will be releasing some NEW STAMPS on Tuesday 3/15/11. To get you all ready for these BEAUTIFUL new stamps, we are having TWO days of PREVIEWS!! Welcome to DAY TWO!! You will want to visit ALL of the FABULOUS design team blogs listed for the day on the Rubbernecker Blog, for on ONE of the blogs, is a chance to win a $25 Rubbernecker Stamps gift certificate!
The image is stamped using Mementos Tuxedo Black ink and embossed with Gold before coloring with Copic markers. The outside of the image panel is cut with Deckled scissors and gilded with Krylon 18 kt. Gold leafing pen. That panel is mounted with foam tape onto the purple panel edged with the same Krylon gold pen. The card is Certainly Celery.
Here is another of the new stamps being released Tuesday, March 15 called Ivy Frame. For this card, I stamped the new image Ivy Frame onto white card stock using Forest Moss Distress Ink. I then cut/embossed an oval using a Spellbinders Oval Die, then weaving 1/8”strips across the opening to create the trellis. That is adhered over a designer paper and then onto the green card front. The sentiment is also stamped using the Forest Moss distress ink directly onto the designer paper and cut/embossed with Spellbinders die, adhered in the upper left corner and an organdy ribbon bow added which was heated to curl it.
Stamps: Ivy Frame 557
Thanks for stopping by, enjoy all of the creations, and GOOD LUCK!!!
